At Kingfin Aquatics, we are committed to providing high-quality aquatic products and livestock. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns (Dry Goods & Equipment)
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
- Returns must be approved by our team before sending items back.
Please contact us at by email or on our contact page to initiate a return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
We will offer one of the following:
- A replacement
- A full or partial refund
- Store credit
Livestock (Fish & Aquatic Life)
Due to the sensitive nature of livestock, we do not accept returns on live animals.
We take every precaution to ensure your livestock arrives healthy and safely. If you receive dead-on-arrival (DOA) livestock, you must:
- Contact us within 2 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos of the deceased livestock in the unopened bag.
If approved, we may offer:
- A replacement (subject to availability)
- Store credit or partial refund
We do not cover losses due to improper acclimation, poor water conditions, or delays caused by the courier.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used dry goods (unless faulty)
- Custom orders or made-to-measure equipment
- Live plants and live food (unless DOA)
- Sale items (unless faulty)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
